The product made from it is loose, lighter and airier. The base on which the pile is wound is visible in the thread. This yarn is good for summer products where high density is not needed.

Koala Baby yarn is produced in 3 skeins per package. The weight of one skein is 180 g, which is 16.7 m. One package is enough for a small rug or a baby blanket measuring 90x90 cm. Advantages and disadvantages of hand knitting

To do this, you need to pull out not a thread from a ball, but a ready-made loop.

Simple knitting pattern

The stockinette stitch is the simplest pattern.

1. The desired length of the future item is determined.
2. The thread straightens out in front of itself.
3. It is desirable that the loops are directed in one direction.
4. The product is knitted from right to left and left to right, without turning it over.
5. The thread from the ball is placed behind the knitted row, and the loops from it are pulled through the existing loops.

Joining yarn from another ball

Simply tying the ends of the thread is not effective, because the hidden ends always come out either during use or when washing the product. Therefore, it is recommended to make 3-4 knots, tighten tightly and cut the thread almost at the base, or you can sew the ends with regular threads in the same tone.

Closing the loops

The thread from the ball should already be cut. The second loop in the row is pulled through the first, the third is pulled through the second, and so on. As a result, the closed edge looks like a braid. You need to start closing the loops from the opposite edge from where the working thread remains. The loop from the ball is cut at the bottom in the middle. Its end is pulled through the remaining last loop and fixed in the product.

Knitting patterns with this yarn differ from knitting patterns with knitting needles only in the execution technique. There are no patterns with yarns, since the yarn provides a dense fabric, without holes and lace.

Garter stitch

You should choose the desired length of the upcoming model and lay out the looped thread in front of you. Then you need to put the thread for the next row behind it so that the loop is located above the loop. Then simply thread the loop of the next row into the loop of the previous one, from top to bottom. Continue this way until the end.

Without turning the fabric over, again pass the thread from the ball over the loops of the bottom row and begin to thread the loops in the same way. Knitting will go in the opposite direction from the front side of the product. There will be purl loops on the front side, and front loops on the back side.

Rice

A purl stitch is obtained if the stitch of the next row is inserted not from the bottom up (towards you), but from the top down (away from you). First, alternate 1 stitch towards you and 1 stitch away from you, and in the next row, you need to insert the stitches the other way around. If the loop was knitted from the bottom up, now the loop from the ball needs to be inserted into it from you and pulled out from below. If the previous loop was a purl (loop from you), now it should be knitted as a face (towards you).

Garter stitch

To get this pattern, you need to knit 1 row with face loops, 1 row with purl loops. Repeat this until the desired length of the product.

Checkerboard

Here, 2 loops knitted toward you (front loops) and 2 loops away from you (purl loops) alternate. In the next row, knitting follows the pattern, that is, front loops over front loops, purl loops over purl loops.

In the third row, change the order and knit purl loops over the front loops, and knit loops over the back loops. According to the pattern, knit as many rows as there are identical loops in a row. The pattern can be varied - 2x2, 3x3, 4x4.

Network

A beautiful pattern is made almost like a stockinette stitch. Only before threading the loops of the next row, you need to cross the previous two. If in one row you put the left loop on the right, then in the next row - the right loop on the left. An indispensable condition for obtaining this pattern is an odd number of loops in a row.

Twisted loops

The first and last loops are knitted straight. These are edge loops. Each loop in the middle of the row, before pulling a new loop through it, is twisted so that the left half-loop becomes the right one, and the right one becomes the left one. Usually, all loops are twisted in one direction. Then the pattern looks like longitudinal twisted stripes.

Rhombuses

The number of loops should be a multiple of 4 + 2 edge loops. The pattern resembles diamonds knitted over a straight fabric.

1. 1 edge, 1 front, cross 2 loops to the left and knit, 2 front. Alternate 2 crossed loops and 2 straight. Remaining 1 front, 1 edge.
2. 1 edge, cross 2 loops to the left, cross 2 loops to the right. Continue this alternation, 1 edge.
3. 1 edge, 3 front, 2 cross to the left, 2 front. Continue alternating crossed and straight loops, finish with 4 front.
4. 1 edge, cross 2 loops to the right, cross 2 loops to the left. Alternate to the end, 1 edge.
5. Repeat the pattern from row 1.

What can you make with loop yarn using only your hands?

The knitting method is suitable for continuous knitting, without yarn overs and other fancy elements. These are sofa cushions, blankets, various rugs, scarves, fashionable snoods, vests, cardigans.

Donut pillow

To make the pillow, you will need 2 skeins of Alize Puffy yarn and stuffing material. This can be holofiber, hollopukh or synthetic padding. The weaving imitates crocheting. The loops in this weaving do not remain open, but are closed. This can be done immediately after pulling the loop or first pulling out all the necessary loops, and then closing them.

Knitting is done in a circle, so first the selected number of loops is closed into a circle. It is necessary to cut the first loop at the base to get an even thread. Then count the desired number of loops (for example, 20) and close into a ring with the freed end.

To expand the fabric, 2 loops from the ball are pulled into one loop. This is an increase.

First row	Increases are made in each loop.
Second row	Increases should be made in every second loop.
Third row	Knit through 2 loops into the third
Fourth row	Knit through 3 loops into the fourth. The expansion occurs evenly around the circle to the desired size.
Regular knitting	You should knit exactly 4-5 rows without adding
Decrease	Decreases are made in the reverse order of increases. To narrow the knitting, one loop from the ball is pulled through 2 loops of the previous row.
Connecting two parts	The process is done by pulling one loop from the ball through the loops of the top and bottom edge of the pillow. Leaving a small opening, the pillow is stuffed with stuffing and finished.

The loops are closed as follows: the loop from the ball is pulled through the loop of the first row and the opposite loop of the last row, the pillow is closed. To form a straight end of the thread, the loop is cut in the center. This end is pulled through the last loops and hidden in the middle of the pillow.

Baby Plush Blanket

In this case, yarn with loops for hand knitting is taken in delicate light shades and preferably Alize Puffy Fine. If knitting with the front surface, 5 skeins of yarn of 100 g each are enough, for knitting with a braid - 6 skeins.

A 1x1m blanket starts with 50 base loops and is knitted with a straight fabric (front surface). At the end of the work, the loops are thrown over each other and form the last row (braid). Cut the thread, cut the loop in the middle. Hide the resulting end of the thread in the product. The work is done very quickly.

Big blanket

Patterns with arans, braids, twisted and crossed loops look very impressive in a large blanket.

1. The length of the thread is measured according to the width of the future blanket.
2. If you choose the “Rhombus” pattern, you need to take into account that the number of loops is divisible by 4 and +2 edge loops.
3. Following the pattern, knit the desired length.
4. Close the loops of the last row, throwing one over the other.
5. Next, you need to make an edging around the entire perimeter. To do this, you need to knit 2-3 rows around, making increases of 2 loops in the corners of the blanket.

This way it will hold its shape better and can be used as a blanket.

In a large product, it is recommended to sew the thread coming from the ball firmly. Then the end will not stick out from the blanket, and it will not unravel during use or washing. You will need 20-22 skeins for the work.
Rugs Alize Puffy yarn is very convenient for making rugs.

There are several options:

• non-knitted rug;
• a rectangular rug knitted with posts;
• rug with loops facing out.

For the first case, a suitable perforated base is selected. For example, a fine mesh, burlap, a perforated polymer base. The loops of yarn are simply threaded from the inside out. The result is a flat surface on one side and a curly looped surface on the other.

In the second case, hand knitting imitates crocheting single crochet stitches. Then the item will be denser, but just as soft. This happens in 2 steps. First, the loop from the ball is pulled through the loop of the bottom row. And then the next loop from the ball is pulled through it and the remaining working loop.

In the third variant, the loop from the ball is bent towards itself, and the next loop is put into work. In other words, each time, before knitting a loop, the first one is pressed to the front, the second one forms a knitted step.

Scarf in 30 minutes

It is quite possible to knit a soft plush scarf in half an hour. Thick threads and large loops allow the work to move quickly. You need to choose a pattern and the width of the future product, count the required number of loops (8-12 pcs.) and get to work. Close the loops at the end, hide the end of the thread, or better yet, sew it inside the scarf. For a product of 15x110 cm, 1 skein is enough.

Snood

A pattern with twisted loops is used to knit a snood. It is recommended to first try which way it is more convenient to turn the loops. Most often, a snood is knitted lengthwise, but it can also be knitted crosswise. When weaving is lengthwise, then by trying on, you can determine one turn around the neck or more.

And when performing the transverse version, the length of the snood must be determined immediately. The first row is measured to this length. Then you can close it into a ring and knit in a circle. But you can also use a straight piece of fabric, which you can sew together at the end.

Vest

A comfortable lightweight vest is knitted in one piece up to the armholes. At the armholes, 3-4 loops are closed. Then the work is divided into 3 parts: the back and 2 shelves. These parts are knitted separately up to the shoulder seams. The open loops on the shoulders are connected with a knitted seam using a thread made from loops cut at the base.

The pattern consists of a row with face loops and a row with crossed loops. The model does not provide for strips, armhole and hem edging, or button holes. The vest looks beautiful with a wide belt and is not necessarily knitted.

Sweatshirt

The work is done in a circle with face loops. A thread the length of the chest circumference plus 5-6 loops for a loose fit is closed into a ring. When the length reaches the armholes, 1 loop is closed on each side to shape them (2 loops are knitted together). For the back and the front, repeat twice. Knitting continues along the back and front separately.

For the neckline, the middle part of the front is left open. The two shoulders are knitted separately from each other. The back is woven in a solid piece 1 row longer than the front. On the shoulders, to connect, first thread the front loops through the back loops and then close them in the usual way. This is done on the back side of the sweatshirt.

Loops are collected along the armhole, and a sleeve of the desired length is made. The edge can be knitted with a 1x1 elastic band for a couple of rows. Then the loops are closed by throwing the first loop over the second, the second over the third, and so on. The end of the working thread is threaded into the last loop, which is then secured in the product.

To decorate the neck, use the loops left open on the back and front, and the missing ones on the front are picked up along the edge. Work in a circle, 1 row pick up loops, 2-4 - 1x1 elastic. Close the loops in the same way as on the sleeve.

For a child aged 10-12 years, 5 skeins of Alize Puffy yarn are enough.

Cardigan

A simple cardigan is knitted like a vest with sleeves. You can combine patterns, vary the width of the shelves, add a stand-up collar and lapels, and make the sleeves with turn-ups.

A cardigan knitted from top to bottom with raglan sleeves is made with a purl stitch - purl stitches are knitted on the front side (away from you). The raglan lines are not noticeable with this knitting.

1. Measure the thread to the length that the neckline should be. Simply place the thread around the neck, closer or further from it, where the cardigan should start. Count the loops, subtract 4 raglan loops, divide the remainder into 6 parts. Add 2 edge loops.
2. 1 edge, 1 part - shelf, 1 raglan loop (marker). 2 part - sleeve, 1 raglan loop (marker). 3 and 4 parts - back, 1 raglan loop (marker). 5 part - second sleeve, 1 raglan loop (marker), 6 part - second shelf, 1 edge loop.
3. The first row is knitted without changes. The edge rows are knitted with face loops along the entire length of the cardigan.
4. Starting from the 2nd row, increases are made every other row on both sides of the raglan loop. Two loops are knitted into one loop before and after the raglan loop. Extensions are made until the raglan line reaches 30-35 cm.
5. Now the front, back and second front are combined into one piece and knitted further with purl stitches to the required length.
6. The sleeves are knitted separately. It is more convenient to do this in a circle, because there will be no seam. The marker marks the beginning of the row under the arm. Gradually, the sleeve should be narrowed. In every 5th row, on both sides of the marker, decreases are made. This means that one loop from the ball is pulled through 2 loops of the main knitting.
7. The length of the sleeve from the armpit to the wrist is 40-45 cm. The last 4-5 rows are knitted with a 1x1 elastic band. These are the cuffs.
8. The work is completed with 2 rows of single crochet stitches along the bottom, front and neckline.

The interior will be perfectly complemented by square and rectangular sofa cushions, knitted from looped yarn. They can be of different colors and patterns, but maintained in a single style, tone. Toys, bolsters, wall panels, cozy chair covers will also serve as decoration.
