Step by step production:

1. Start the work by preparing the felt insoles. Step back 1 cm from the edge and make holes along the entire perimeter using an awl or needle. The distance between them should be at least 1.5 cm.
2. In each hole, knit 4 single crochet stitches (sc) as follows: insert the hook into the hole, pick up the thread with it and pull it to the edge of the insole, pick up the thread again and knit a sc. Repeat the action 3 more times. From the next hole, knit the next batch of stitches. Finish the insole along the entire perimeter in this way. It is worth noting that you need to make 5 sc from the corner holes. This is necessary to form the correct rounding.
   
3. When the sole binding is finished, knit a connecting column (ss) in 1 column of the previous row, dial 2 air loops for lifting (vpp) for the first row.
4. Knit 2 rows in a circle with half-columns. Knit the next row with sc. In this case, start each row with knitting vpp, and finish with ss in the last lifting loop. As a result, a border of at least 2 cm in height should be formed.
   
5. Knitting the upper part of the slipper begins with the toe. To do this, attach a thread to the corner of the side and knit 9 half-columns.
   
6. Connect the row to the side part as follows: skip 1 loop, knit ss into the next one and knit another one along the row. 8. Before starting a new row, work 2 ss along the top edge, then turn the work and continue in the opposite direction.
   
9. In the outer rows, make decreases by knitting 2 half-columns together. This will ensure a tight fit in the heel area.

4. Pin the insole to the pieces, slightly shifting the toe from the center on one to the right side, on the other to the left. Connect the sole to the slipper, tying it around the perimeter with half-columns.

Instructions for making:

1. Start the work by preparing the sole. Using an awl or needle, make punctures along the entire perimeter of the insole, stepping back 1 cm from the edge. The interval between them should be at least 1.5 cm.
2. Insert hook No. 2.5 into the 2nd puncture and knit 2 sc. Repeat the action until the sole is knitted around the entire perimeter. At the end, knit the last column in 1 hole, thus securing the thread. Knit another 1 row around the perimeter of the insole.
3. Start crocheting 2 footprints that will be attached to the sole later. For a size 38 foot, cast on a chain of 27 ch.
4. Knit the base of the oval-shaped sole, as well as 2 rows of half-columns. In 3 knit 6 sc and half-columns, another 16 sc. In the process of knitting 4 rows form the shape of the foot, 5 knit the 5th row of half-columns. Thus make 2 parts and connect them to the base. Attach to each other, and knit in a circle of sc.

It is necessary to prepare:

1. an awl or a thick needle;
2. tweed or semi-woolen yarn – 200 g;
3. hook No. 4;
4. scissors;
5. felt insoles – 2 pcs.

Step by step instructions:

6. Tie both insoles with half-columns along the contour, having first made punctures with an awl or needle at intervals of at least 5 mm.
7. Start forming the sides.
8. 1 row. Knit the sidewall in a circle in rows, starting from the heel side. Insert the thread into the 7th loop, 1 ch and sc, 6 sc for the heel, evenly distribute 40 sc along the sidewall, 12 sc along the toe, distribute 40 sc along the 2nd sidewall, 1 connecting loop at the beginning of the row. A total of 106 loops are obtained.
9. Rows 2 through 9. Mark the beginning of the row with a thread of a different color. Ch, then knit sc behind the back wall in a circle. At the end of row 9, fasten the thread. Move the marker to the 25th loop. Start forming the toe.

13. Row 4. Knit identically to row 2. Total 54 sc.
14. Row 5. Knit similarly to the third row. You get 56 sc.
