Cool (cool) drawings for copying with a pencil in Sketchbook

Cool drawings can be on any topic. However, in order for the pictures to turn out beautiful, beginning artists need to learn which pencils can be used to create them, and they will also need to select several pictures to copy in order to practice their skills.

What do you need for drawing?

To create simple but beautiful drawings in a sketchbook, you will need 3 simple pencils with leads of different hardness.

The softness and hardness of graphite is indicated by letters on the side of the tool:

Graphite hardness grade Designation
Solid T or H
Hard-soft or medium TM or HB
Soft M or B

Cool (cool) drawings for copying with a pencil in Sketchbook

A hard pencil is used to create a sketch and fill in the light areas of the picture. It leaves thin and pale lines that can be easily erased with an eraser. A soft pencil leaves behind a thick, dark line. It is used to draw small details, apply rich shadows and final outline of the drawing. A hard-soft pencil is something in between.

The lines are not as pale as those from hard graphite, but not as saturated as those from a soft pencil. Such a tool is needed for shading and applying light shadows. You will also need a high-quality eraser for the work. The eraser should not crumble much, damage the paper and smear the graphite on it.

All tools must be sharpened. Dull pencils cannot draw graceful, neat lines. Therefore, a sharpener should always be at hand.

Further in the article you can look at step-by-step instructions on drawing simple but beautiful pictures on different topics, and also find pictures for copying, suitable for boys and girls.
