The optimal paper format for children's creativity is A4. The paper should be white and smooth. You can use sketchbooks, sheets of paper for printing on a printer, and also thick paper for drawing.

You need to shade the strokes with cotton swabs or cotton buds. If you do this with your fingers, the drawing will turn out sloppy.
